Recent video of me using my Toshiba laptop to watch Videopodcasts in Miro on Ubuntu (Linux). As you can see Ubuntu Rocks!! Note, this video was transferred, converted and uploaded from the very same Toshiba laptop. The laptop in front is my workstation, Thinkpad 600X with Windows 2000, bought on Ebay, replaced keyboard myself, this is my 5th one of these 600's. Abundant on Ebay.

My old toshiba laptop...
IS AWESOME. Now I usually don't encourage wanton destruction of perfectly good electronics, but I couldn't give this old beast away. It's got windows 98 on it, and it's just about dead... This just goes to show you how durable some laptops can be LOL.

Toshiba L305D-S5895 Laptop
I don't want anyone to think I'm spoiled because I got this for christmas. I got this and a click stop craftsman torque wrench, THATS IT! But the only reason I got this was because I worked hard in school and around the yard cutting hauling wood, cutting the lawn over the summer, and doing in house chores.

Toshiba laptop problem
**UPDATE: THE LAPTOP IS NOT OUT OF MY LIFE!!! SOLD FOR £150**
Latest small but annoying problem with the toshiba a100, whenever i wake it up from standby lately, it does this, the screen doesn't come on, no response from mouse and the fans are at full power! hmmmmm
